Today at 3:50pm the Pound Ridge Fire Department, Pound Ridge VAC, and Pound Ridge Police where dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Trinity Pass and Old Mill River Rd. Upon arrival of Car 2402, Chief Eidam located the car down an embankment close to a stream. The driver got out of the vehicle prior to arrival and was transported to the hospital by the Pound Ridge Vac. The water company was notified due risk of contamination, boom was also deployed in case any fluids leaked. Also a terrific job done by Sal's Servicenter,LLC.24 hr towing, removing the vehicle without incident! Members stayed on scene with Rescue 22 throughout the duration of the incident providing road safety and scene lighting.
